WE SHAPE the digital transformation in education & administration
From strategy consulting to strategy implementation and subsequent analysis – we shape the process of digital transformation in the public and education sectors. Strategy consulting, concept development, implementation support, research-based evaluation and analysis of opportunities and risks are our core competencies, which we use to make our clients fit for the future.
Thanks to our expertise and close cooperation with universities, schools and administration, we are currently focusing on the following topics in particular:

- Implementation of the Online Access Act
Our culture
Our employees come from different areas of knowledge and can therefore look at tasks from many different perspectives. We find this interdisciplinary way of working very valuable, as it enables solutions to be found that would not be possible with a purely linear approach. Anyone who advises, develops, designs and implements here thinks about the future as well as current requirements. This commitment, our curiosity and our enthusiasm flow into the implementation of all projects.
We work in small, very independent teams that are supported by the managers in the company – hybrid in the office, flexible in terms of location and with customers throughout Germany. Flexible working hours? No problem! And, of course, we take the requirements of our DMI students’ studies into account and create free time during examination phases.
DMI students also work as junior consultants on consulting projects from the outset and are welcome to write their Master’s thesis in a working context.
