Architecture for software developers

Software development includes the topic of architecture. It is ideal if one person from a team can fulfill the role of architect. But is this where the developers’ responsibility ends? The training itself is organized according to Scrum and thus shows that this procedure can be used profitably not only in software development. It is primarily about the experience of self-organization and the active participation of all participants in order to achieve joint team success.

At the end, you will look back on two days full of fun and aha-moments that will enable you to certify the knowledge you have acquired according to Scrum.

Design Thinking

In this interactive workshop, you will use the innovation tool ‘Design Thinking’ to develop possible approaches for the implementation of future and user-oriented communication approaches in your company. This takes place in cooperative collaboration in interdisciplinary teams – two indispensable factors in times of digital transformation, which require a high degree of flexibility, the ability to react quickly and the ability to think and act both laterally and linearly.

Visualization training and flipchart design

In this one-day workshop, you will learn the basic techniques and methods for visually supporting meetings and discussions. With the help of flipcharts, you can inspire others with your content and convey information in a concise manner. This visualization method can also be used, for example, with pictograms and dynamic layouts for the design of picture notes, so-called sketchnotes, and can be transferred to whiteboards, blackboards and projector presentations.
